Little Village is seeking an exceptional senior leader to join our Executive Team as Executive Director of Resources. This is a pivotal strategic role, responsible for ensuring the organisation has the robust infrastructure, governance, systems and resources required to achieve its ambitious growth plans and extend its support to more families experiencing poverty across London.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will provide leadership across finance, people, governance, risk, technology, property and business services. They will play a critical role in shaping organisational strategy, driving sustainable growth and ensuring that enabling functions operate effectively in support of frontline impact.

We are looking for a strategic and values-led leader with significant senior management experience in a complex, purpose-driven organisation. You will bring strong financial and commercial acumen, expertise in governance and organisational development, and a proven ability to lead change, build high-performing teams and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
Since launching in 2016, Little Village has supported more than 36,700 children across London through its network of baby banks, providing essential items and wider support to families with babies and young children living in poverty. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the next phase of the organisation's development and long-term impact.
