Salary: £115,829 plus 10% car allowance

About the Role
A key member of The Calico Group’s Executive Team, and reporting to the Chief Executive, this is an outstanding opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of health, care, support and employability services. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring services remain safe, high quality, financially sustainable and responsive to changing needs. As Executive Director, you will shape future growth, strengthen partnerships, champion safeguarding and quality, and play a pivotal role in delivering positive outcomes for customers and communities across the region.

Requirements
We are seeking an inspiring, values-led executive with significant senior leadership experience gained within health, care, support or another relevant service environment. You will combine commercial acumen with a strong social purpose, bringing a track record of leading transformation, developing partnerships and delivering sustainable growth. An engaging and visible leader, you will empower colleagues, champion customer voice, promote innovation and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement. Experience of governance, safeguarding, and working with regulators, Boards and senior stakeholders will be essential.
