Executive Education Consultant to start September/October

Salford, Manchester
2 days a week in the office HQ, Monday to Friday Permanent Full Time
£28k - £30k based on experience plus OTE £6k – £7k realistic in the first year uncapped, Incentives in place to increase basic salary to £32k within 12-15 months based on performance and achieving targets

As an Executive Education Consultant your role will be to take ownership of lead generation through proactive outreach, including phone, email, Teams meetings, and occasional client visits, while also focusing on converting marketing-generated leads to sales. You will be expected to lead on a specific industry or sector, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact and expert in that field.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline by generating your own leads and nurturing marketing-generated prospects through to conversion
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your sector, providing accurate sales forecasting
- Actively promoting and filling places on Open Courses aligned with organisational priorities alongside our planned conference sponsors, as well as generating delegate registrations for Grad Skills programmes and promoting Bespoke and Closed opportunities.
- Delivering excellent customer service and managing client relationships effectively through a consultative approach
- Ensuring monthly revenue targets are met, with clear visibility of future pipeline
- Maintaining all relevant management information systems
- Participating in team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
- Regularly reviewing your own performance with the goal of exceeding targets
- Supporting the Team Leader on strategic sales initiatives and, when appropriate, mentoring newer team members and contributing to product development

Requirements
- Significant Outbound sales experience
- Tele sales experience
- Demonstrable track record of achieving targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated Individual
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
