Job Description
Support in implementation and managing the Group's real estate strategy, ensuring adherence to policies, governance standards, and best practices.
Assist in the planning and management of the real estate portfolio, including:
- Lease administration
- Space optimisation
- Performance of real estate assets
Involvement in the development and continuous improvement of real estate processes, ensuring that real estate operations run efficiently.
Assist in strategising, planning, and implementing the Group's real estate master plan, to optimise space usage and ensure optimal space usage.

Assist in monitoring and improving space usage across the Group’s real estate portfolio. Identify opportunities for alternative uses of property assets and support negotiations with the relevant authorities.
Help manage real estate transactions from beginning to end, ensuring that lease records are kept accurate and up to date.
Assist in maintaining and implementing space standards and workplace guidelines to ensure consistency across the Group.
Assist in preparing regular updates on the performance of the real estate portfolio, including the status of ongoing projects, and provide support to department heads and key executives.

Collaborate and build strong relationships with BAs/BUs to facilitate the smooth implementation of real estate strategy plans.
Support the management of internal and external office leases.
Assist in ensuring that industry best practices are applied to all aspects of real estate management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, preferably Real Estate or Facilities
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Well versed with Microsoft Office tools
