Executive Engagement Program Manager

Join the executive engagement team of a leading global technology company and take a central role in delivering exceptional experiences for C-suite clients and partners.

Based in a dedicated Executive Briefing Centre, you’ll bring together the people, environment and logistics behind high-profile executive engagements. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines polished stakeholder management with meticulous operational delivery.

The Offer:

  • 12-month contract
  • Salary of £76,000 per annum + 10% Discretionary Bonus Opportunity
  • Location: London King’s Cross
  • Onsite days: 4–5 days per week

What you’ll own:

  • Deliver seamless onsite executive briefings, from room readiness and guest arrival to hospitality and live issue resolution.
  • Coordinate catering, transport, hotels, signage, branded merchandise, and personalised guest details.
  • Partner with security, facilities, AV, culinary, sales, and account teams.
  • Manage suppliers and maintain consistently high service standards.
  • Support schedules, resources, documentation, and digital briefing pages.
  • Improve tools and processes as the global program continues to scale.

The profile:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in executive engagement, VIP events, premium hospitality, or programme management.
  • Calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable managing last-minute changes in a visible, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within global technology, enterprise client programmes, or executive briefing centres would be particularly relevant.
  • Vendor management, cross-regional collaboration, and knowledge of wearables or consumer technology would add value.
  • This is an opportunity to work closely with senior executives, engage with emerging technology, and help shape a growing global program.
