Job Title

Aquent is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our partner, a leading technology innovator dedicated to breaking down barriers and connecting people globally. We are searching for a dynamic and meticulous Program Manager to join a team focused on empowering and inspiring executive-level stakeholders. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting and delivering world-class immersive experiences that drive business opportunities, cultivate new executive relationships, and solidify trust in our partner’s position as a thought leader. You will have a direct impact on shaping strategic initiatives by capturing valuable market insights from these engagements, directly influencing product strategy and cross-functional decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the physical environment of executive engagement spaces, ensuring optimal readiness, inventory management, and supplies for each unique event.
  • Serve as the primary onsite support for executive engagements, meticulously managing every detail from room setup to hospitality to achieve the highest standards of excellence.
  • Provide white-glove logistical support for visiting executives and account teams, coordinating catering, accommodations, transportation, branded merchandise, and signage.
  • Warmly greet and guide executives upon their arrival, facilitating a smooth transition into their engagement experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all onsite needs, including security, facilities, and AV support, proactively resolving any issues that may arise during executive sessions.
  • Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the executive engagement program, collaborating on initiatives that elevate the overall executive experience.
  • Support the end-to-end management of the global branded merchandise program, ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience.
  • Provide comprehensive logistical support, including scheduling, resource booking, and documentation, to program leads as needed.

Qualifications: What You Bring

  • Experience in executive engagement, event management, or program management.
  • Proven experience managing executive-level programs within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in strong stakeholder management and successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications: Stand Out With

Other Requirements

This is a 12-month, on-site contract (4-5 on-site days/week), offering £36.54 per day (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 3 PM on Thursday 17th.
