What You'll Do
Executive & Operations Support
- Coordinate across US operations — distribution, fulfilment, and packaging vendors — tracking action items to completion
- Prepare and organize materials for investor updates, partner meetings, and internal reporting
- Own administrative processes that keep a lean team moving efficiently: vendor coordination, expense tracking, meeting prep and follow-up
- Manage the search and build-out of the new office in Cincinnati

Field Marketing
- Plan and execute in-market activations — retail demos, sampling events, and pop-ups (recent examples include activations in Miami/Fort Lauderdale and Dallas)
- Represent Doughlicious at events, managing setup, staffing, and on-site logistics
- Support retail partners with in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Help build and maintain relationships with event organizers, retail partners, and local vendors
- Track and report on field marketing results to inform what to scale
What You Bring
- 2–4+ years of experience in a coordinator, executive assistant, marketing, or operations role — ideally with some exposure to both admin/ops and hands-on marketing or events
- A genuine “doer” mentality: comfortable picking up a task with an unclear brief, figuring it out, and getting it done
- Strong organizational skills and the judgment to juggle competing priorities without dropping the important ones
- Comfortable with in-person, on-your-feet work (event setup, retail visits, travel) as well as detailed desk work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel by car
- Bonus: experience in CPG, food and beverage, or a high-growth startup environment

Compensation
Base salary: $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience.
