Executive Head Chef – Multi-Site Venues & Events – Central London
Salary: £60,000–£66,000
Location: Central London / Multi-Site
Hours: 48 hours per week | Flexibility around events required
Love being creative with food, developing teams and driving a food operation forward – but still want to be hands-on?
I’m recruiting a hands-on Executive Head Chef to lead the food operation across three incredible Central London sites.
Without giving too much away… think big, beautiful, modern spaces, huge footfall and a brilliant mix of retail, hospitality and events. The operation already delivers something really special, but there is a genuine opportunity for someone to come in, bring fresh ideas and really evolve the food offer.

The Operation
- Three prestigious Central London sites.
- Multiple kitchens and food outlets.
- Huge footfall across the venues.
- Fresh, seasonal food produced in-house.
- Restaurants, cafés and daytime dining.
- Premium hospitality and events.
- Canapés, bowl food, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
- Established chef teams across the portfolio.
The Role
- Lead the culinary operation across all three sites.
- Develop and evolve the overall food offer.
- Create seasonal menus across retail, hospitality and events.
- Motivate, develop and inspire the chef teams.
- Drive standards, consistency and performance.
- Bring new ideas, energy and personality to the operation.
- Manage GP, labour, stock, wastage and budgets.
- Drive food sales, events revenue and profitability.
- Most importantly, remain visible and hands-on in the kitchens.

About You
- Executive Chef / Head Chef with strong multi-site experience.
- Background across retail dining, hospitality and events.
- Strong fresh-food and seasonal cooking experience.
- Creative with menus and food concepts.
- Confident developing and motivating large teams.
- Commercially strong with a good understanding of financials.
- Full of ideas and personality.
- Still genuinely loves cooking and being hands-on.
