Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operation at Estelle Manor, ensuring our rooms, suites, cabins, houses, public areas and wider estate consistently reflect the exceptional standards expected of a luxury hotel and private members’ club.

The on-target earning potential for this role is £68,000 per annum

The on-target earning potential for this role is £68,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour contract, comprising a base salary of £65,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in bonus.

This is a senior operational role, leading a team of 80+ colleagues and overseeing a large and diverse housekeeping operation across the estate. We are looking for someone who is confident working at scale, commercially minded and able to take ownership of the department while continuing to elevate standards, processes and the colleague experience.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • Lead the housekeeping operation across the estate, maintaining exceptional standards across 108 rooms, suites, houses, cabins and public areas.
  • Lead and develop a team of 80+ colleagues, including Head Housekeepers, Supervisors, Coordinators, Room Attendants, Turndown and Public Areas.
  • Drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across the department.
  • Manage departmental budgets, P&L, suppliers, linen, uniforms and stock, ensuring strong commercial performance.
  • Build strong relationships across the estate, including senior leadership and ownership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standards and the colleague experience.
  • Ensure the department operates in line with all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper from a world-class luxury five-star property, ideally with experience in a 100+ bedroom hotel or similarly large operation.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven experience leading a large housekeeping operation and team within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong commercial understanding, including budgets, P&L and supplier management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury standards.
  • A confident, resilient and charismatic leadership style.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of the department.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills, with experience working with private ownership a significant advantage.
  • A passion for developing teams and continually improving standards and ways of working.

Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role. It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
