  • Identify decision-makers within client and prospect organisations, understand their priorities, and convert relationships into mandates.
  • Create and execute account plans for key clients and prospects, defining engagement priorities, expansion opportunities, and coordinated pursuit strategies.
  • Lead pitches, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations for new mandates, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Operations on pricing, deal structure, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with Trimont business leaders to fulfil client commitments and deliver a consistently differentiated experience.
  • Provide senior leadership on complex client, agency, and loan management matters to safeguard key relationships.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive client development team by setting clear goals, reinforcing accountability, encouraging collaboration, and supporting professional growth.
  • Partner with the Head of International Business to evaluate new offerings and regional expansion opportunities, build business cases, secure approvals, and oversee market entry.
  • Present senior leadership with updates on pipeline activity, revenue performance, win-loss trends, market intelligence, and key client relationships.
  • Promote disciplined pipeline management, CRM adoption, continuous improvement, and stronger collaboration across the international platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
