Lead complex claims and deliver results that matter

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Major & Complex Loss team as a Executive Major Loss Adjuster in the London area. In this pivotal role, you will manage high-value commercial property claims from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our clients and their customers. You’ll take ownership of complex cases involving material damage and business interruption, applying your expertise to investigate and resolve claims efficiently and cost-effectively.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work closely with desk-based Adjusting Executives and other specialists to meet client service level agreements and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your ability to build strong relationships, demonstrate empathy, and communicate effectively will be key to promoting customer satisfaction throughout the claims process. This role demands a proactive, conscientious approach, with flexibility to adapt during surge periods and the confidence to manage your own caseload independently.

The Skills You Will Have When You Apply

  • A full UK Driving Licence: It is essential you can travel by car
  • Major & Complex Loss expertise with solid experience handling high-value claims.
  • Professional qualifications, ideally ACII/ACILA or equivalent.
  • Market awareness and account management experience as an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all.
