Executive Office Administrator - Richmond based - Hybrid role
⭐ Fantastic opportunity to join a successful global executive search business!
We’re looking for a bright, organised and proactive Office Administrator to join a busy, collaborative team.
This is a varied role supporting senior leadership as well as helping coordinate executive search assignments. You’ll be involved in:
- Diary management and scheduling meetings and calls
- Scheduling across multiple executive search assignments, coordinating interviews between clients, candidates and internal teams
- Providing EA and administrative support to senior leadership
- Preparing and formatting CVs, presentations and client documents
- Maintaining databases and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Organising UK and international travel
- Supporting events, meetings and wider office administration
- Liaising confidently with clients and candidates

We’re looking for someone with 3-4 years strong administrative experience, ideally gained within professional services or a similar fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be confident, polished and an excellent communicator, with superb attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
