Executive Officer
Salary from £36,513 to £41,565 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £44,468 pa inclusive of London allowance
LSE Generate supports entrepreneurship across the School, providing programmes, events and opportunities for students, alumni and aspiring founders. The Executive Officer plays a key role in supporting the Head of Generate and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team and its activities.
The postholder provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Head of Generate, managing complex diaries, inboxes, communications, projects and stakeholder relationships. They also support the effective operation of Generate's HR processes, including recruitment, induction, leave monitoring and wider team administration.

Candidates Should Have
- EA and administrative experience at a senior level with a particular focus on complex diary and email management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate face to face with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including senior colleagues.
- Highly organised and ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines
- Ability to make decisions and resolve problems, and use initiative to manage tasks with a minimum of supervision
