Job Accountabilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  • Ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and periodic physical stock counts.
  • Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for customers and management.
  • Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely delivery and collection of customer shipments.
  • Sound knowledge on inventory reconciliations and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational costs while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Quality, and Security standards.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff and service providers to achieve operational targets.
  • Support implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Coordinate with customers, finance, procurement, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Ensure customer billing data, value-added services, and operational records are accurately maintained for invoicing purposes.
  • Participate in customer meetings, audits, and warehouse inspections when required.
  • Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Minimum Knowledge/ Experience / Training / Qualifications Required for Position

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (SAP/Infor/Oracle or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S and root cause analyzing methodologies will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when operational requirements demand.
