About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable individual to support the CEO, FCE Bank plc. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Ford Credit Europe senior team and play a key part in ensuring the company’s strategic priorities are met.
Responsibilities
The Executive Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of executive operations and facilitating effective prioritization, decision-making, and use of leadership time.
- Support the CEO, FCE Bank, and leadership team by proactively addressing and resolving issues, effectively communicating across the organisation, and assisting with strategic initiatives
- Coordinate key meetings, including the FCE Executive Committee, the FCE Operations Review and FCE Leadership Meeting, by preparing agendas and minutes, facilitating discussions, and managing the workplan to ensure progress on priority items
- Oversee the planning of FCE Bank Leadership Offsite meetings by aligning with stakeholders on desired outcomes, scheduling meetings and designing engaging content to achieve objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and align the FCE Bank objectives and assist in their dissemination throughout the organisation
- Provide support for FCE Board meetings and follow-up on action items
- Assist the CEO with reporting and presentation development, which includes contributions to CEO Report and other presentations/reports, as required
- Support the CEO in articulating problem statements, preparing comprehensive summaries, and offering insights for addressing business challenges
- Support with FCE Townhalls and communications by coordinating updates and accomplishments, and liaising with the communication team to issue CEO communications as needed
- Conduct in-depth analyses of the financial impact of key business trends, upon request
- Promote teamwork and strategic collaboration across all facets of the business
- Facilitate effective communication between leaders and skill teams

Essential Requirements
- Excellent communicator, with strong storytelling and PowerPoint skills, capable of clear and succinct communications
- Proficient analytical skills for interpreting and reporting financial data
- Comfortable engaging with Senior Leadership daily
- Executive presence
- Self-starter, able to work independently and deliver high quality results
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Effective in working with cross-functional, regional, and global team
- Proficiency on PowerPoint/ Excel and building presentations for executive leadership review

Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Experience in organising and directing multiple teams and departments
- Proven success in a project coordination role; strong project-reporting skills
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions

Location
This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
