Company Description

The Excellence in Education (EIE) Programme is an award-winning, non-profit initiative dedicated to identifying and nurturing the unique talents and potential of every individual. EIE partners with schools, local groups, companies, and charities to support the educational development of students in inner-city areas and children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. The programme is currently active across multiple UK regions, including Essex and several London boroughs such as Newham, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Waltham Forest, and Lewisham, with students also in Manchester, Luton, Kent, Berkshire, and Essex. EIE works in association with Christ Life Church (Deptford), Clapton Centre (Clapton), and Cliwom Charity, extending its reach through strong community and charitable partnerships. New programmes are scheduled to launch in Reading and Oxford, offering continued growth and impact for learners and staff alike.

Role Description

The Executive PA with AI/AGI role is a full-time hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for working from home. The role involves providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and handling confidential correspondence.

  • Coordinating internal and external communications
  • Supporting project planning and delivery for educational programmes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

The Executive PA will also assist with AI/AGI-related initiatives, such as researching and testing productivity tools, helping to implement AI-powered workflows, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Arranging events
  • Liaising with partner organisations and schools
  • Ensuring smooth operations across remote and on-site activities

Qualifications

  • Strong executive support and administrative skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and task prioritisation.
  • Knowledge of AI/AGI concepts and practical experience or strong interest in using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and information management.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and office software (e.g., email platforms, cloud storage, collaborative apps, spreadsheets, and word processing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear correspondence, reports, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Organisational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, reliability, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues both remotely and on-site, and maintaining a professional approach in all interactions.
  • Experience in education, non-profit, community development, or related sectors is beneficial, particularly with inner-city or socially disadvantaged communities.
