Location: Lytham (with travel between Dock Road, Boundary Road and Mill Farm sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm
Reports to: Group Chairman
Up to £50,000 per annum.
About the Role
Tangerine Group is seeking an exceptional Executive PA to provide dedicated support to the Group Chairman.
This is a highly trusted position requiring outstanding organisational skills, absolute discretion and a proactive approach. You will play a pivotal role in managing the Chairman's daily activities, ensuring the smooth running of the Private Office and acting as a key point of contact across the business.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Chairman's complex diary, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Monitor and prioritise emails, ensuring important matters are highlighted promptly.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, letters and business documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Remind the Chairman of meetings, appointments and calls, ensuring schedules run efficiently.
- Manage incoming communications, including telephone enquiries and post.
Office & Administration Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Private Office.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Coordinate annual appraisal administration and associated documentation.
- Prepare annual bonus and profit-share correspondence.
- Ensure documentation and correspondence are professionally formatted and filed appropriately.
- Process and monitor invoices requiring Chairman approval.

Financial & Banking Support
- Produce daily cash position reports.
- Support the preparation of information required for personal tax returns.
- Process payments from personal and business accounts as authorised.
- Manage rental property invoicing and payment administration.
- Prepare royalty invoices and ensure timely payment.
Business & Event Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels and itineraries.
- Support the organisation of business events, including the annual staff Christmas party.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and senior leaders across the Group.
- Raise purchase orders relating to the Chairman's personal and business matters.
Personal Affairs Support
- Coordinate vehicle arrangements, ensuring vehicles are fuelled, maintained and available when required.
- Liaise with auction houses, transport providers and suppliers regarding purchases including vehicles, artwork, antiques and jewellery.
- Maintain accurate records and insurance documentation for personal assets.
- Support arrangements relating to meetings, events and charitable or political engagements.
- Drive the Chairman on occasion when required.
Yacht Charter Administration
- Liaise with yacht charter providers regarding bookings and contracts.
- Ensure contracts are completed, distributed and accurately filed.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative role supporting a senior executive.
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage highly confidential information with complete discretion.
- Strong numeracy skills and confidence handling financial administration.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively within a fast-moving environment.
