Executive Personal Assistant (PA)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Manchester Metropolitan University for an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a member(s) of the Senior Executive Team within the University. This is a position where the right individual can make a difference in a vibrant, busy and fulfilling environment, joining a team of PAs working collaboratively to provide a high level of service to our senior leaders.

About The Role

The Executive Personal Assistant is a pivotal role, providing confidential, efficient and effective high-level administration support to the academic Senior Executive in the University's Leadership Team.

You will work within a great team of Executive PAs and take a proactive approach to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard whilst assisting with the coordination and management of higher-level administrative tasks in line with the University's strategic plans.

About You

This is a challenging, fast-paced and varied role that requires a proactive individual. You will have excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of literacy and numeracy. Applicants should also be able to exercise discretion, develop solutions to complex problems, and excel in working collaboratively with colleagues across the University.
