Executive Partner - EMEA Sales Leadership Team
Ivanti is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Partner to support the EMEA Sales Leadership Team. This position is based in our Bracknell office 2-3 days and plays a critical role in enabling executive effectiveness, driving operational excellence, and supporting key business initiatives across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior sales leaders, managing complex administrative responsibilities, coordinating business rhythms, and fostering strong collaboration across multiple functions. In addition to supporting executive stakeholders, this individual will be expected to actively partner with the broader Executive Partner team, sharing best practices, contributing to team initiatives, providing cross-functional support when needed, and helping drive consistency, collaboration, and operational excellence across the Executive Partner organization.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class support experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to Ivanti's SVP, Enterprise Sales, including:
- Complex calendar management and scheduling
- Internal and external meeting coordination and preparation
- Comprehensive travel management, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, dining reservations, and related logistics
- Expense management and reconciliation
- Business Operations & Leadership Support
- Coordinate and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Sales Leadership QBRs, All Hands meetings, and other leadership events.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on action items resulting from QBRs and leadership meetings to ensure timely completion.
- Capture, distribute, and manage meeting actions while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage the ongoing cadence of VP and leadership team meetings.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and materials using PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Partner closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Events, Finance, Human Resources, Enablement, and the Executive Partner team to support business priorities.
- Help foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment.
- Project & Process Management
- Lead and support ad hoc projects and programs, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires and leaders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement scalable processes and best practices.
- Effectively manage competing priorities, conflicts, and escalations.
- Support planning and execution of executive customer meetings and events.
- Approvals & Administration
- Manage travel and expense approval workflows.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-up processes as required.
