Role Summary

An Executive Assistant provides high-level strategic and administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer, enabling the CCO to operate effectively and deliver against the organisation’s commercial objectives. This role has a particular focus on managing priorities, diary management and maintaining effective communications across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer with inbox and diary management
  • Prepare meeting materials and assist with agendas
  • Support the management of sales team diaries
  • Compile reports for the Directors to meet agreed deadlines as instructed
  • Assist with preparing email responses, reports and industry responses for review
  • Support with minutes during meetings and document action trackers
  • Manage all travel and process expenses for the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Collate team project work and arrange in presentation format
  • Support the organisation of internal meetings, events and activities across teams
  • Manage general office administration
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership teams
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
