Executive Personal Assistant (PA) / Office & Project Manager / Award Winning Executive Recruitment in to Entertainment - (Remote, UK)

Arnold Ash require an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team to support the award winning and scaling business reporting directly to the founder.

Responsibilities of the successful Personal Assistant will include:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Project Management
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and conferences
  • Managing external partners including PR, Events, Payroll, Technology
  • Support our Social Media strategy (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook)

Requirements of the successful Executive Personal Assistant:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives and managing teams and offices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities
  • Strong communicator
  • Availability to travel to conferences and events
