£32,061 to £32,597 FTE Pro Rata - pay award pending
Are you an exceptionally organised and proactive professional who enjoys working at the heart of a busy organisation?
St Joseph’s Catholic High School is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant & SLT Operations Officer to provide high-level, confidential support to the Headteacher and operational support to the Senior Leadership Team.
This is a varied and influential role in which no two days will be the same. You will manage priorities, coordinate meetings and projects, maintain oversight of actions and deadlines, support key school processes and help ensure that leadership decisions are communicated and delivered effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Headteacher’s diary, correspondence, appointments and meeting commitments
- Preparing professional correspondence, briefing notes, agendas, minutes and presentations
- Coordinating SLT actions, deadlines, projects and operational priorities
- Maintaining the whole-school calendar
- Supporting recruitment, admissions, reports, parents’ evenings and formal school processes
- Organising significant events, including the school’s annual Prize Evening
- Communicating professionally with staff, families, governors, the Trust and external partners

We are looking for someone with strong administrative, executive, project or operational support experience. You will need excellent judgement, discretion and attention to detail, together with the confidence to manage competing priorities, anticipate potential issues and identify practical solutions.
Experience within education is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your ability to provide calm, professional and proactive support in a busy and confidential environment.
