We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to the CEO of a boutique Property Investment firm based in London's West End.

This is a pivotal role, focused on ensuring the CEO's day-to-day activities run seamlessly through effective diary management, organisation and administrative support.

Benefits include Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Pension Contributions and a generous holiday allowance. This is a fully office-based position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive 1:1 executive support to the CEO
  • Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, scheduling meetings and coordinating all related logistics
  • Arrange complex UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport and visa requirements
  • Prepare presentations, reports, research and briefing documents to support business meetings
  • Manage and prioritise the CEO's inbox
  • Process and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Coordinate internal events and team socials
  • Provide occasional administrative support to the Finance Director
  • Assist with HR administration and support the implementation of company policies and procedures

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant providing support to a CEO or other senior executive within a corporate environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail
