Role Description

The Executive Personal Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The role involves providing dedicated support to senior leadership, including managing diaries and schedules, organizing travel and accommodation, and coordinating meetings and events.

Daily tasks include:

  • Handling correspondence
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Maintaining records
  • Ensuring the executive’s time is used efficiently

The Executive Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage confidential information with discretion, and proactively anticipate needs to support smooth day-to-day operations. The role also requires regular support during events and business functions to ensure seamless execution and regular business trips abroad.

Absolute requirement: full professional fluency in English, French and Spanish, both spoken and written. Applications that don't meet this requirement won't receive a response.

  • Strong knowledge of the luxury nightlife industry
  • Proficient Diary Management skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Comfort working on-site in London with multiple business trips abroad and regularly supporting events outside standard hours is required.
  • Proficiency in common office software
  • Previous experience in event / hospitality industry is beneficial.
  • Relevant qualification from a first-rated Hospitality Business School (EHL, GIHE, SMSH, Les Roches)
