Executive & PR Associate – Global Health Forum

Part-Time / Event Assignment | Riyadh

Oxford Executive Institute (OEI) is seeking a polished and highly personable Executive & PR Associate to accompany its Director during the Global Health Forum in Riyadh.

This is a short-term, high-profile assignment centred around an important international partnership signing and OEI’s presence at the Forum.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Director throughout key parts of the event, helping ensure that OEI presents itself with confidence, professionalism and distinction in an international executive environment.

The role will include:

  • Accompanying and supporting the Director during the Forum and partnership-signing activities
  • Welcoming and engaging professionally with partners, executives and invited guests
  • Facilitating introductions and helping conversations flow naturally in networking settings
  • Supporting OEI’s PR and photographic presence around the signing and related meetings
  • Assisting with coordination, timing and executive hospitality during the event
  • Representing OEI professionally when interacting with international stakeholders
  • Helping create a polished, confident and well-organised presence around the Director and OEI delegation

The person we are looking for

We are particularly interested in someone with an exceptionally polished professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills.

You should be:

  • A native or exceptionally fluent English speaker with excellent British professional communication skills
  • Confident and composed around senior executives and VIP guests
  • Sophisticated, personable and naturally comfortable networking
  • Immaculately presented with strong awareness of executive and formal-event etiquette
  • Comfortable appearing in professional photography and PR content
  • Discreet, observant and able to anticipate what is needed without constant direction
  • Comfortable representing a British executive-education organisation in an international environment

Experience in PR, executive assistance, luxury hospitality, corporate events, communications, client relations or executive education would be particularly relevant.

This is not a conventional administrative PA position. We are looking for someone who can combine executive support, relationship-building and polished representation during an important international event.
