Role – Executive Producer

Location: Hybrid working from our London offices

Contract Type: FTE

Reports to: Director of Production

THE ROLE

The Executive Producer is responsible for the delivery of major campaigns or large workstreams, managing complex projects from development through launch for one sole account. Media will include AV, OOH, Audio, Social, Content Creator, Print, Experiential, Email, DM, Display, Literature, Digital and DCO. The role leads multidisciplinary teams, oversee project financials, and partners with internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and impactful results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead large-scale integrated projects with full ownership over scope, budget, schedule, and delivery.
  • Serve as a senior partner to Creative and Account teams, supporting the campaign vision.
  • Supervise and mentor Producers and Senior Producers across concurrent workstreams.
  • Drive timelines, vendor negotiations, legal clearances, and production planning.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage reconciliations and reporting.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal departments and external partners.
  • Ensure top-tier execution across deliverables while managing risks and constraints.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 15+ years of experience managing integrated productions within a production advertising agency
  • Strong production acumen and experience with a range of campaign types and deliverables.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
