Executive Producer | London | Hybrid | 6-9 Month FTC Maternity Cover | £55,000 - £65,000

Introduction

We're looking for an Executive Producer to join a growing creative agency delivering social content, film, animation and mixed-media production for leading brands across financial services, lifestyle and technology.

This is a high-impact maternity cover role for someone who loves brilliant creative work, strong teams and making production run smarter.

The Opportunity

As Executive Producer, you'll lead production delivery, manage and mentor the production team, and act as senior across complex projects.

  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Services to turn ambitious ideas into achievable production plans
  • Oversee budgets, resources, workflows and quality from pre-production through to final delivery
  • Strengthen processes, improve ways of working and create greater clarity across a busy production function

About You

You're an experienced production leader with a strong background across live action, animation and mixed media.

  • Confidently lead teams
  • Manage senior client relationships
  • Oversee multiple projects and budgets
  • Negotiate supplier and talent agreements
  • Stay calm when challenges arise
  • Comfortable using production management systems and adopting new tools
