Executive Producer | London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Our client is looking for an Executive Producer to join their award-winning experience marketing agency, delivering high-profile live, hybrid, and experiential projects for some of the world's leading brands.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering complex programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving production excellence across the agency.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, digital, and client services teams to shape solutions from the earliest stages.
- Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
- Ensure every programme is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
You'll also play a key role in new business, leading the production element of pitches, developing budgets, presenting to clients, and helping to win exciting new work.

We're Looking For Someone With
- Significant experience leading complex live events and experiential projects within an agency.
- Extensive integrated production experience across live, hybrid, and digital.
- A proven track record managing large budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring production talent.
- Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for project profitability and forecasting.
- Confidence presenting to clients, managing senior relationships, and contributing to new business pitches.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to challenge constructively to achieve the best outcome.
