Executive Producer — Creative Production Studio

Ardeta Search are partnering with a highly reputable and agile creative production house in London. Due to continued success and growth, we are supporting them in the appointment of a new Executive Producer — a career-defining role within a studio recognised for delivering exceptional campaigns across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and editorial spaces.

About the Studio

Our client has built a reputation known for fantastic service, agility, and creative excellence, partnering with leading brands, publications, and creative talent globally. Their work spans across high-end fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and editorial industries, producing high-end campaigns that set the benchmark in the creative space.

As Executive Producer, you will:

  • Act as the commercial face of the studio, leading pitches, bids, and client growth.
  • Build and nurture senior relationships across high-end fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and editorial sectors.
  • Build and maintain trusted senior relationships across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and editorial partners.
  • Partner closely with production operations to ensure smooth delivery and margin protection.
  • Executive produce strategically important campaigns, balancing creative ambition with commercial discipline.
  • Drive growth through your industry gravitas, networks, and ability to open doors to new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in executive production or senior production leadership within creative, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or editorial industries.
  • Strong track record of winning pitches, managing bids, and delivering profitable campaigns.
  • Established networks with brands, publications, and creative partners in the fashion and lifestyle space.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to protect margins and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborative leadership style, able to partner effectively with operations and creative teams.
