The Role

We’re looking for an Executive Producer (EP) to join the team and help us bring our vision to life. Working closely with our Production Director, you’ll be a key player in building a world-class production offering from the ground up. In this role, you’ll help shape our strategy, lead global projects, and build out a roster of bold, diverse directors and photographers. This is an exciting opportunity to join ZERO at an early stage, operate with influence and have a huge impact on the future of production.

• Help design and implement fresh, forward-thinking production systems and processes that will set ZERO apart.
• Lead the charge in building an exciting, diverse roster of directors and photographers that reflects our values of innovation, creativity, and inclusivity.
• Work closely with the Production Director to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly, on time, and on budget, while also staying true to our creative vision and values.
• Oversee multiple projects at once, managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Be a brand ambassador at key industry events, helping raise the profile of ZERO and develop key connections at events such as Cannes Lions, Kinsale Shark Awards, UKMVA, Ciclope Berlin, British Arrows, Clio Awards, SXSW, The One Show and LIA as well as attending key graduate shows such as CSM and industry events held by the APA.
• Be a key figure within the business, becoming an essential link between The Midnight Club’s project teams and ZERO’s producers.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of updates within the industry, acting on intelligence to develop new product strategies and business opportunities.
• Keep close to key cultural moments and how they impact the product we are building.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with talent, clients, and industry partners to expand our network and uncover new opportunities.
• You’ll work closely with the Production Director and Finance Director to deliver agreed profit margins on each project, be responsible for the timely reconciliation of productions and reporting of production finances to the PD/FD.
• Embed ZERO’s values of diversity, circularity, and innovation into every production, ensuring we practise what we preach.
• Anticipate, mitigate, and manage risks throughout the production process, using creativity and resourcefulness to solve complex challenges and develop proactive solutions that keep projects running smoothly.
• Create and drive strategies that advance our core values and product — from circularity to diversity — making sure these principles are at the heart of everything we do and are executed in full.
