About the Role
The Executive Producer sits within Bauer Media Outdoors’s Creative Solutions team, Create, where you'll lead the development of innovative Out of Home campaigns that bring brands to life.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the team's creative output, raising creative standards and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and agency partners. You'll transform commercial opportunities into compelling creative solutions that drive revenue, strengthen relationships and showcase the full creative potential of Out of Home advertising.
Leading a small team of Producers, you'll coach and develop talent while working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Innovation teams to bring ambitious ideas to life. No two briefs are the same, and you'll thrive on balancing big creative thinking with practical delivery, ensuring every idea is both inspiring and achievable.
Reporting to the Head of Creative Solutions, you'll also own the team's external engagement strategy, building strong relationships across agencies and clients while championing Bauer Media Outdoors’s creative capabilities.

What you’ll be doing…
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Producers, supporting individuals at different stages of their careers.
- Allocate resources across projects, ensuring the right expertise is matched to each brief.
- Work with the Creative Operations Manager to continually improve processes and ways of working.
Creative Solutions
- Lead the team's response to client briefs, ensuring consistently high creative standards.
- Drive concept development and support pre-sales creative activity.
- Review campaign plans, balancing ambitious ideas with practical, commercially viable delivery.
- Contribute to product development and innovation within the Create team.
Client & Commercial Partnership
- Build strong relationships with agencies and clients alongside our Commercial teams.
- Partner with Sales to convert creative opportunities into booked campaigns and drive incremental revenue.
- Lead Create's communications and content strategy with Marketing support, while contributing to Bauer Media Outdoor thought leadership.
Who are you?
We're looking for someone who combines creative thinking with commercial awareness and enjoys solving complex challenges.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience managing and developing a team, with direct line management responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of the Out of Home advertising industry and how creative solutions are developed and delivered.
- Experience working within Creative Solutions, Out of Home media, or a closely related environment.
- The ability to turn ambitious ideas into practical, deliverable campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build relationships with agencies, clients and senior internal stakeholders.
- Experience developing and pitching creative ideas to clients.
- A strong understanding of brand and advertising communications.
- Curiosity to push the boundaries of what's possible in Out of Home advertising.
- Experience working with technology-led or interactive creative solutions.
- A proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach.
- Experience within experiential marketing or creative production, alongside an established network across agencies or the Out of Home industry, would be advantageous.
