Corporate events/Live Communication Agency

B2B specialists

Remote/UK

There comes a point in your career where you don’t necessarily want a bigger team, a fancier title or to spend your life sitting in management meetings.

You just want to be trusted to do what you’re really bloody good at.

This opportunity is that point.

This is a group-level role, working across a couple of agencies within the wider business and taking the lead on some of their biggest and most important corporate B2B events.

And when I say big, I mean it.

You’ll be working directly with CEOs, Boards and senior leadership teams, travelling across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US, and being trusted with events where the audience, message and delivery genuinely matter.

You’ll be their eyes and ears.

You’ll get involved right at the beginning, sitting with the client to understand what they’re trying to achieve and helping shape the solution. You’ll then bring together the right people across creative, production, technical and content to turn that thinking into something brilliant, before ultimately making sure it delivers onsite.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

There are broadly three parts to the role: understanding and shaping, developing the solution, and delivering it. You are the person joining those dots together.

This isn’t a role where you win the work and hand it over.

It’s also not a role where you disappear into management.

You stay close to the craft, while having the experience and gravitas to oversee the talented team around you and let them get on with what they do best.

You’ll challenge the client when you need to, advise them when they need it and often spot the things they haven’t even thought about yet.

That requires a particular type of person.

Someone with gravitas, but no ego.

Someone who can sit opposite a Board and have a strategic conversation, then walk into a room with the delivery team and get into the detail.

There is leadership involved, but this isn’t about building an empire underneath you.

It’s about leading through experience.
