Salary from £36,513 to £41,565 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £44,468 pa inclusive of London allowance

This is a fixed-term appointment for 24 months.

The LSE Department of Health Policy aims to advance knowledge and understanding of health care systems through undertaking post-graduate and executive teaching, and through research and scholarship at the highest international quality standards to the benefit of the international and national health policy community.

The postholder will play a central role in the successful delivery of the Executive MSc programmes within the Department of Health Policy, supporting all aspects of programme administration and operations. A key aspect of the role is coordinating the administration of student recruitment, from responding to enquiries and supporting admissions processes to delivering applicant communications and recruitment events. As the first point of contact for students, academic staff and external partners, the role requires the delivery of an exceptional customer experience and the development of effective working relationships. Working collaboratively across the Department, the postholder will contribute to programme planning and marketing activities, organise key programme activities and events, support assessment and examination processes, and maintain accurate student and programme records. The role also has a strong focus on enhancing the student journey, ensuring a high-quality experience from initial enquiry and application through to graduation and alumni engagement.
