Executive Project Assistant | CEO Office

Mayfair, London (On-Site - no hybrid working)

International Travel Required

Up to £90,000 DOE


We're partnering with an innovative and fast-growing organisation seeking an Executive Project Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO in a highly visible and business-critical role. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Project Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys operating at the heart of senior leadership.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll provide high-level executive support while coordinating key projects and initiatives across the business. You'll be responsible for managing complex schedules, preparing executive and board materials, coordinating international travel, supporting leadership meetings, and ensuring critical actions are delivered effectively.

  • Executive support to the CEO
  • Complex diary and calendar management
  • Board, executive and stakeholder meeting coordination
  • Preparation of presentations, agendas and briefing materials
  • Domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Meeting minutes, action tracking and project coordination
  • Liaison with senior stakeholders, board members and external partners
  • Handling highly confidential and sensitive information

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years' experience in an Executive Project Assistant
  • Experience supporting C-suite leadership
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Previous biotech or life sciences experience would be advantageous
