Liberty Hive is recruiting on behalf of our client — a collaborative, supportive, pioneering and high-performing global marketing consultancy with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of marketers. They help brands increase marketing effectiveness by fixing and fine-tuning their marketing resources through better integrated marketing.
They're looking for a talented Project Executive / Project Coordinator, based in the UK or US, to join their team, build their business capabilities, and support the delivery of client projects across marketing operations, marketing skills & capabilities, marketing technology and marketing procurement.
You'll work across a portfolio of projects, supporting the client-facing teams to keep everything running smoothly, plus providing broader business support where needed. It's a great fit for someone sharp, confident, exceptionally organised, always keen to learn, and a genuine team player.

What you'll be doing:
- Client Activity — Supporting project teams on client work: workshop prep and logistics, agency onboarding, internal set-up of proprietary tools (survey building, reporting, data validation), research, presentation writing and design, information gathering, note-taking, proofreading and more
- Internal Admin — Supporting hours tracking, budget reporting, and folder upkeep/organisation
- AI — Helping oversee and maintain an existing AI bot, and supporting AI innovation, build and testing as required
- New Business — Helping update and maintain the client database, and supporting new business proposals as required

What they're looking for:
- A self-starter with natural curiosity and a desire to learn
- A marketing/digital degree or equivalent, with 2+ years' practical experience
- A basic understanding of marketing and a genuine interest in learning more
- Good project management skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High initiative and a proactive approach
- Confident, clear communication and strong listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- A great team player with a positive, fun, can-do attitude
