Executive Recruiter – In-House Executive Search
Technology, Media & Telecommunications | 6-Month FTC | £50,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join the in-house Executive Search team of a leading Technology, Media and Telecommunications organisation on a six-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a high-performing executive search function, partnering with senior business leaders to deliver critical leadership hiring across a diverse portfolio of corporate and technology functions. You'll take ownership of executive search assignments from briefing through to offer, combining research, market mapping and headhunting expertise with exceptional stakeholder management to secure outstanding leadership talent.

The Opportunity
- Deliver end-to-end executive search assignments for senior and executive-level appointments.
- Partner with business leaders to develop tailored search strategies and advise on market dynamics.
- Conduct detailed market mapping, talent identification and competitor analysis.
- Build and engage high-calibre executive talent pipelines.
- Provide insight into talent markets, hiring trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver a first-class candidate experience throughout the search process.
- Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues to support succession planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience delivering executive search assignments, either within an in-house Executive Search team or a leading executive search consultancy.
- A proven track record of recruiting senior leadership talent across Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
- Strong executive sourcing, market mapping and headhunting capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
- A proactive, consultative approach and the ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously.
