Shape the Future of Leadership Talent in a Global Pharmaceutical Environment
We are partnering with a leading international healthcare organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation. As part of this journey, we are seeking a Global Strategic Talent Scout to identify, engage and build relationships with senior talent across key technical and operational functions worldwide.
This is an opportunity for an experienced executive search or talent intelligence professional to move beyond traditional recruitment and play a strategic role in shaping future leadership pipelines across global markets.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will proactively identify and engage high-caliber talent for senior and specialist positions across areas including:
- Quality
- Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT)
- Analytical Science & Technology (ASAT)
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
Working across highly competitive and geographically diverse talent markets, you will conduct executive search activities, deliver talent mapping projects, generate market intelligence, and build long-term pipelines to support hiring and succession planning. Your focus will span key markets including the USA, Europe, India, and China, allowing you to operate on a truly global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead proactive executive search assignments for senior and specialist positions.
- Develop targeted search strategies aligned to business needs and market realities.
- Identify and engage passive candidates across global talent markets.
- Conduct detailed talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market research projects.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Assess candidate suitability, motivations, mobility, and career aspirations.
- Provide data-driven talent insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to influence hiring strategies.
- Present market intelligence relating to talent availability, competitor activity, and location feasibility.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience standards throughout all interactions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and record management requirements.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Experience in Executive Search, Talent Intelligence, Talent Research, or Senior Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record delivering global or cross-border searches for senior-level talent.
- Strong talent mapping and market intelligence capability.
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to translate business requirements into focused search strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Experience using sourcing platforms, ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other search tools.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Highly Desirable
- Experience recruiting within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain talent markets.
- Experience conducting searches across North America, Europe, India, and/or China.
- Prior experience supporting succession planning initiatives.
- Additional language skills.
