Role Description
The Executive Recruiter contract role is a remote position responsible for managing end-to-end executive hiring processes across Kyndryl’s global organization. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Partnering with business and HR leaders to understand senior talent needs
- Developing sourcing strategies
- Identifying and engaging executive-level candidates
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle

The role involves:
- Conducting interviews
- Assessing leadership capabilities
- Coordinating selection processes
- Advising stakeholders on market insights and competitive talent trends
The Executive Recruiter also:
- Maintains accurate recruitment data
- Ensures a positive and inclusive candidate experience
- Supports employer branding efforts aligned with Kyndryl’s values and business objectives
Qualifications
- Executive recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, assessing, and closing senior-level candidates.
- Skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaboration with business and HR leaders.
- Competence in interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and leadership assessment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, industry associations).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present candidate profiles and hiring recommendations clearly.
- Knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping for executive roles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, contract environment, manage multiple searches, and meet agreed timelines.
- Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; equivalent relevant experience also considered.
- Prior experience recruiting in technology or complex, global organizations is preferred.
