Executive Recruiter
Amazon needs an Executive Recruiter to help the business scale by recruiting senior leaders across EMEA. Few rewards in search match seeing your hired candidates drive a positive, measurable impact on the business.
The Executive Recruiter owns and executes the research strategy senior-level (L8+) searches. Qualified candidates are strong across the full search lifecycle, with a particular focus on research strategy development, market & candidate mapping/ identification, candidate sourcing, generation, development and engagement. You will partner with senior recruiters on the most complex Director searches and lead your own searches end to end.
The role also includes:
- Conducting research to map target companies and top talent for Amazon
- Building search strategies to identify and attract strong candidates
- Improving how Amazon recruits talent
- Calibrating candidates with other recruiters and hiring managers
- Developing prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment
- Contributing to GSR's knowledge base by sharing insight on relevant industries and talent pools
- Building talent networks and tapping industry sources to maintain a candidate pipeline
- Leading update meetings on active searches with hiring managers
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior recruiters to guide search decisions

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive L8+ candidate generation
- Experience building and driving passive L8+ talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience delivering L8+ talent across multiple industries and geographies, with demonstrable expert
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with executive recruiting in either a blue-chip, global in-house executive search team, or a top executive search firm
- Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets
