This role will focus on recruiting Partner Executives with a strong emphasis on building talent pipelines for leadership roles within professional services and consulting firms. You will act as a trusted advisor to Managing Partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and hiring high-calibre senior professionals, particularly within the management consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead executive searches for Partner level roles across consulting and professional services practices.
  • Partner directly with Office Managers, Managing Partners, and senior leadership to understand business needs and tailor executive recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse and qualified candidates through strategic sourcing, market mapping, and proactive networking.
  • Conduct high-level talent assessments and provide consultative recommendations to leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and consistent communication.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor movements within the consulting and advisory space.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting, focused on Partner/Director-level roles in a consulting, tech, or agency environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the executive search process, market intelligence, and candidate engagement.
