As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Executive Researcher who is curious, analytical, and motivated to build a long-term career in executive search.
What We Offer - Executive Researcher
- £32,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonus of up to 45% of base salary

The Role – Executive Researcher
You will play a critical role in delivering high-impact executive searches, working closely with consultants and clients throughout the full search lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth market mapping and identifying target organisations and senior leaders
- Engaging executive-level candidates through direct outreach and professional networks
- Building comprehensive longlists and shortlists, supported by detailed research and insights
- Supporting the development of search strategies and client presentations
- Conducting initial candidate assessments and structured screening interviews
- Producing high-quality reports, briefing notes, and talent intelligence summaries
- Tracking search progress and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Monitoring leadership movements, market trends, and sector developments to inform ongoing searches

The Ideal Candidate – Executive Researcher
This role suits individuals who are academically strong, commercially aware, and highly driven.
We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate:
- ABB minimum at A-Level (or equivalent)
- A degree from a Top 20 university
- Internship or commercial experience (highly desirable, but not essential)
- A clear desire to build a long-term career in executive search or professional services
- Confidence, intellectual curiosity, and strong written and verbal communication skills
