- £32k base salary + discretionary bonus up to 45%

The Role- Executive Researcher
- Conduct market mapping to identify relevant organisations and senior talent
- Source and engage executive-level candidates through direct outreach and networks
- Build and refine longlists/ shortlists supported by robust research insights
- Contribute to search strategy development and client-facing deliverables
- Conduct initial screening and candidate assessment
- Prepare briefing packs, talent intelligence reports, and industry insights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date search progress within CRM systems
- Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and leadership movement

The Ideal Profile – Executive Researcher
- Minimum ABB at A-Levels (or equivalent)
- Degree from a Top 20 university
- Internships or commercial experience highly desirable
- Highly ambitious with a strong drive for career progression
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
