Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior reward stakeholders to support the effective delivery of executive reward and share plan programmes.
  • Support executive compensation benchmarking activities, including maintaining peer group data, analysing remuneration disclosures, and producing market insights to inform reward decisions.
  • Contribute to the delivery of annual executive reward processes and global share plan events, working closely with tax advisers, legal teams, administrators, and internal partners.
  • Conduct research and analysis on developments in executive remuneration, corporate governance, proxy advisor policies, and investor guidelines.
  • Produce executive shareholding reports, reward analytics, and governance-related reporting.
  • Support employee communications relating to reward and share plans, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and accessible.
  • Maintain and enhance executive reward and share plan documentation, processes, and controls.

  • Partner with Global Mobility teams on reward and share plan matters relating to internationally mobile employees.
  • Work with regional and local HR and Reward teams to ensure communications are compliant with local regulations while remaining aligned to global frameworks.
  • Build effective relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders to support programme delivery.
  • Contribute to reward-related projects and broader team initiatives as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
