Sales Executive – Services - B2B
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Benefits

As part of our exciting growth plans across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive with a proven background in parcel, courier, logistics, freight or transport services.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing business at a pivotal stage and play a key role in expanding our commercial customer base across the island of Ireland.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new B2B business opportunities across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
- Selling parcel delivery, courier, freight, fulfilment and logistics solutions.
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Generating appointments through prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Preparing commercial proposals and customer presentations.
- Negotiating contracts and service agreements.
- Working closely with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing key accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
- Achieving ambitious revenue and margin targets.
- Representing MBE at networking events and industry exhibitions.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' successful B2B sales experience
- Proven parcel, courier, logistics, transport or freight industry background
- Demonstrable history of winning new business
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-driven
Highly Desirable
- Experience with DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, APC, Parcelforce, DX or similar operators.
- Knowledge of e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery services.
- Existing network of SME and corporate contacts.
- Experience using CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
