Showroom Sales Representative
Delivering exceptional client service, converting enquiries and managing projects for an iconic luxury interiors brand.
Position
This is a client-focused showroom sales role at the heart of a globally recognised heritage interiors brand. You will work closely with interior designers and clients, converting inbound enquiries into sales while delivering the highly considered, personal service expected within the luxury design market.
You will manage the full order journey from initial quotation through to delivery, proactively following up opportunities, coordinating orders and ensuring projects progress smoothly. Working alongside Brand Ambassadors, you will become a trusted showroom contact, developing an in-depth knowledge of fabrics, wallcoverings and trims to confidently advise clients on their projects.
The role combines sales, relationship building and project coordination, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the commercial and service side of the interiors industry.
Candidate
- Experience within client-facing sales, sales support or customer service
- Interiors, luxury retail or a related design sector would be advantageous
- Natural relationship builder with a consultative approach to sales
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail across quotations, orders and client communication
- Commercially minded and confident converting enquiries into orders
- Proactive with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using sales and order-management systems
- Genuine interest in interior design, fabrics and decorative products
- Collaborative and comfortable working within a close-knit showroom team
