Executive School Improvement Consultant

Panoramic Associates is supporting a Trust to hire an Executive School Improvement Consultant to provide additional senior capacity across multiple schools. This is a highly impactful role for an experienced and reputable executive senior leader who can quickly identify priorities and actively drive improvement, not just advise.
You will operate at executive / regional level, supporting school performance and improvement across a group of schools. The focus is on strengthening outcomes and addressing vulnerabilities, with work tailored to the needs of each school.

Experience
- Strong credibility at senior/executive level across multiple schools
- A proven track record of delivering school improvement, with clear evidence of impact
- Ideally experience leading a school to Outstanding/Exemplary, and/or published outcomes above national averages across key indicators
- The ability to build strong relationships and work within an existing trust culture and approach
