The Role – Executive Search Consultant
As a Graduate Researcher, you will play a key role in the full executive search lifecycle. This is a varied, fast-paced position ideal for graduates who are curious, analytical, and keen to learn. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting consultants during initial client briefings and pitches
- Conducting detailed market research and mapping target talent pools
- Identifying, screening, and engaging potential senior-level candidates
- Contributing to candidate management from first contact through to job offer
- Gaining insight into board-level hiring strategies and organisational structures
This is a highly consultative position offering excellent career progression towards Associate Consultant or Consultant level.

Executive Search Consultant Requirements – What We’re Looking For

- A minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university
- Fluency in an additional European language (advantageous)
