We are a dynamic and rapidly growing executive search firm specialising in helping leading tech companies secure top-tier talent. We are seeking an Entry-Level Executive Search Associate to join our team and work alongside senior consultants to identify, engage, and recruit exceptional candidates for C-suite and senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent and trends in the tech sector
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Assist in developing and presenting client proposals, candidate profiles, and market insights
- Support the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing reports
- Build relationships with high-level professionals and clients within the tech industry
- Stay on top of the latest trends and advancements in technology

What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate (or up to 3 years of work experience)
- Strong interest in the tech industry and executive search/recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and produce clear reports
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not essential
