About the Company

PropRec is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in technology and financial services, leadership hires. We partner with ambitious businesses to find the senior leaders who shape their future, and we do it through discretion, deep market knowledge and long-term relationships rather than volume. We're expanding our executive search practice and looking for a consultant who wants real ownership of their desk, a share in what they build, and the support of a team that wants them to succeed.

About the Role

You'll run retained and exclusive search assignments for C-suite, board and senior leadership roles, managing the full process from the first client conversation to the candidate's first day. You'll be a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs and boards, and the first call for the best leaders in your market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
