What you’ll be doing – Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-level search projects:
- Conducting market mapping to identify top finance talent
- Attending client briefings and gathering detailed role requirements
- Researching companies, competitors, and industry trends
- Supporting candidate outreach alongside senior Partners
- Preparing detailed reports and shortlists of candidates
- Tracking candidate interest, salary expectations, and availability
- Participating in client update meetings and contributing to search strategy
This is a research-driven, analytical role with strong client exposure, perfect for graduates who enjoy problem-solving and working with people.

What we’re looking for
- 2026 graduate with a 2:1 or 1st from a top university
- Strong academic background (minimum AAB at A-Level)
- Previous commercial experience (internships, placements, or part-time work) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and research ability
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to build a long-term career
